    This is a basic regimen with some of the most important supplements I believe most everyone will benefit from: a high-quality multivitamin, a good fish oil (doesn't taste fishy), and a good probiotic. Optionally I would add a Magnesium Glycinate at bedtime to help with sleep quality.

    This is a list of energy-boosting supplements that I would generally pull from when recommending something (don't necessarily get everything on this list). For people holding a lot of stress and anxiety, Cortisol Calm is quite effective in helping your body manage that excess cortisol and improve stress response. I wanted to put Mitocore on the list, but all Ortho Molecular products are restricted, so they have to be individually recommended to each patient, so I chose a similar product. Ginseng is a great herb for more mental clarity than energy, but I've been impressed with it so far in taking it awhile. The Focus Mushroom blend was quite effective for me when I mixed it in my morning coffee; it does what it says on the tin: I felt like I had laser focus for about 3 hours after drinking my coffee (might also be the caffeine)
