"We firmly believe nasal washes twice daily are very important as a preventive tool to bring down viral load and severity of infections. 1-2 sprays in each nostril 3 times a day in setting of COVID infection or known exposure. You could use Xylitol spray (Xlear) or Briotech instead of this one if you prefer, but those are available in our GetzWell offices and not on Fullscript."
