"2-4 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day as a general preventive OR 2-3 times a day in the setting of a known COVID exposure or infection. We believe this is a vital tool to bring down viral load and prevent infection or decrease symptomatic infection. Xylitol nasal spray (Xlear) and Briotech are other options that can be used similarly. Those are available in the GetzWell offices but not on Fullscript."
