    Hello! These are my five favorite supplements for preconception care! 1) Prenatal 2) Probiotic 3) Fish Oil 4) Melatonin - This is for antioxidant benefits unrelated to your sleep quality. 5) Vitamin D - if your levels are below 60 ng/mL on recent bloodwork The O.N.E multivitamin is for your male partner! I would also recommend that he take melatonin as well. I have many prenatal vitamins to choose from. Some with iron, some without, most contain folate, one contains folic acid, a powder (does contain monk fruit), and one with only two capsules (baby & me). All of them are great! You can choose which one works best for you! Discontinue Melatonin once pregnant. I also recommend purchasing HMET Binder sold only by CellCore.
