"B6 is involved in decreasing inflammation, which may reduce the growth of endometriosis. Ginger has found to be equal or better than NSAIDS for controlling pain during menses. Safe to continue in pregnancy for pain or nausea. Take extra as needed for pain during menses and a dose in the evenings to control for nausea in the first trimester. "
