With aggressive dosing of products I recommend, take breaks of a week or two after every month. Other factors to alway concern yourself about: 1. No neuro stimulants ...caffeine guarana, chocolate caffeinated teas, Red Bulls, etc. If it gives a buzz, set aside for a couple months and let healing occur. Time for boring and bland, herbal teas, w. Lemon Balm. 2. No digital emf , no microwave, no electronics going in the bedroom, no blue light monitors or lighted screens during the sleep cycle. Use red nightlights if needed. Cell phones off and out of the bedroom, home microwave routers powered off, far away as possible from You and friends. Return diurnal cycles to wakeful during the daytime and sleep during dark, with perhaps focussed reading lights in these winter months. 4. Before bed, drink a glass of 1/3 tsp of mined organic salt and 1/4 tsp of Honey in 8 oz. clean water. Make a couple of these and keep the other on a night stand if waking at night. 5. 2 or 3 hours before bed, avoid exciting and stimulating movies, books, or family arguements.
