Ingredients

Inflammacore 2 scoop
Cucumber 1/4-1/2 cup slices
Celery 2-3 stalks
Baby Spinach, Kale or Arugula 1 cup
Romaine 2-3 leaves
1/2-1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries,
Water or non-dairy milk to thin

Blend all ingredients in a high power blender such as a Vitamix or Nutribullet.
