"Take 1 200mg pill once a day with a meal for fertility support. If you have been struggling to conceive, increase to 2 doses per day. Studies have shown a lower rate of chromosomal abnormalities (DNA damage) in embryos of women supplementing with CoQ10. CoQ10 in its ubiquinol form is more readily absorbed by the body. This supplement provides the mitochondria within cells with more energy -- which means that each cell performs at a higher volume because it has more access to energy. This increases the ability of egg cells to mature and successfully fertilize."

"Take one packet per day. This prenatal includes adequate quantities of crucial prenatal and pregnancy ingredients, in particular methyfolate, omega 3s in the form of EPA and DHA, choline, zinc, and iodine. You will also want to supplement with an additional 1000IU Vitamin D and the CoQ10/ubiquinol. While there are cheaper prenatal multivitamins, these have sufficient quantity of crucial ingredients so that you will not need to buy 2-4 additional supplements on top of these prenatal packets."
