"If symptoms are minor, can just use 3 tablets daily. If having major allergic symptoms or hives presently, consider taking 2 capsules three times daily for a week or so until allergic response reduces, then go down to 2 capsules twice daily for another couple of weeks. Many patients if they have done the root gut/detox work, can start at 2 capsules twice daily, then experiment with just continuing on a maintenance dose of 2 capsules daily or just as needed when symptoms arise."

"4 sprays 2-3x per day if you currently have high histamine in your body chronically. This is a nice product to use to "put out the fire" of inflammation in initial stages of treatment to help with symptoms more quickly while we address the reason for the histamine release in the first place. Can use up to 6-8 sprays for acute allergic symptoms. Can help reduce histamine release in the future but can also help recovery by blocking the histamines already released and helping their break down. So can be used to deal with things acutely but also can be used to minimize future histamine release as well if used regularly. Nice to have around for environmental or food allergies, brain fog and much more."
