"Blue Green Lung Formula is a cough formula for very wet, phlegmy cough that have white or yellow sticky phlegm. It may be difficult to expectorate. You may also be experiencing some chills or fever, some wheezing and full sensation in the chest. If the cough is severe, combine with the Cough Triad and take dosage every 2-3 hours until the cough lessens. Then reduce to three time a day until symptoms resolve. "

To prevent a cough from coming on, combine with the Cough Triad and take dosage every 2-3 hours until your cold and cough symptoms reduce, then reduce frequency to 3 times a day until all symptoms are resolved."
