    First step is to start taking the Candibactin products but slowly introduce them into your system. I recommend taking 1 of each once per day, then 2 of each then gradually increase the dose to the Rx dosage. If you feel uncomfortable it could be a herxheimer 'die-off"reaction. Either stop taking the supplements altogether or back off and you can contact me with questions. After 2 weeks on the full dose of the Candibactin products begin the SIBO Biphasic diet or the Ketogenic diet, whichever we discussed. After two full weeks of taking the Candibactins stop taking them and start taking Repairvite, 1 scoop 2x per day. If you were feeling better on Candibactin but worse after stopping start taking the Motilpro. Begin with the low dose and gradually increase based on how you feel. Continue to follow the Biphasic diet for 12 weeks, not the 8 week plan. If at any time you feel uncomfortable or need to speak with me simply stop taking any supplements and schedule a visit so we can discuss.
