"Take on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating. Gradually increase to 10 drops. 3 times per day but start with 2 drops, 2 times per day and increase every 3-4 days until you get to the maximum dose. Once at max, stay there for 4 weeks and then discontinue. If you don't tolerate max dose, just stay at the highest dose that feels workable."
