If constipation does not occur after several days at this dose, you can increase to 2 caps once daily 1 hour before or 2 hours after food, other supplements, and medications. If constipation does not occur, you can increase every few days by 1 capsule up to max of 4 caps once daily. IF CONSTIPATION OCCURS (no complete bowel movement every day), REMEDY WITH MAGNESIUM CITRAMATE/OXIDE OR REDUCE THE DOSE OF ULTRABINDER. "
