Berberine Synergy™ combines 400mg of the plant alkaloid berberine (from Berberis aristata) along with 50 mg of alpha lipoic acid per capsule, in order to help support the management of blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity. As downstream effects of these main actions, berberine may also help improve dyslipidemia, as well as other features of metabolic syndrome.
