Watch out for Herxheimer's reaction AKA "die-off" reaction. The Herxheimer Reaction is a short-term (from days to a few weeks) detoxification reaction in the body. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including a headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea or other symptoms. If you feel the Herxheimer reaction coming on, please reduce your amount for a few days and then build back up. You can even start with a 1/4 capsule if needed.
