Suggested Use / Directions:
Apply 2 pumps (8mg Progesterone) to smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms or thighs, neck, abdominal, chest once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
