How It Works: 
Warm water helps open pores so the magnesium can be more easily absorbed into the skin for a soothing and relaxing experience. It's highly therapeutic for many skin conditions, including dry, flaky, and irritated skin.

Suggested Use:
Dissolve ½ - 1 ½ cups into a foot bath or full bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm (101° F to 105° F) rather than hot for best absorption into the skin.

After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water. Dab skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
