It does not have a lot of fillers so if you take it on an empty stomach, you can feel a bit sick to the stomach. It will also make your urine bright yellow as the body is using the B vitamins. You will notice that I say take only 2 tablets per day instead of the 4 recommended on the bottle. If you are spot on with your anti-inflammatory nutrition, you only need to take one or two tablets. Please check out the website for your particular health condition. If you are getting your blood tested for D3, please know that healthy ranges are between 50-80ng/mL. If you have been taking a prescription of 50,000 IU once a week, please know that most of the prescriptions are Vitamin D 2 or ergocalciferol. It is not the form that the body actually uses. Call your pharmacy and ask if it is ergocalciferol ( er-go-cal- sif-er-ol) or Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol ( Coal-ee-cal-sif-er-ol). If it is the D2 version. ""
