Suggested Use

The appropriate dose depends entirely on your goals:

General daily gut support: 1–2 capsules daily
During or after antibiotic therapy: commonly 2 capsules three times daily
Certain medically supervised conditions (such as C. difficile): higher doses may be appropriate under physician supervision
