Because of this, it should be taken at least two hours before or after prescription medications. Take 30-45min post morning supplements and 30-45min, post any afternoon supplements * please take a few hours aways from medication - can lower the effectiveness of any medication. Be sure to let your prescribing doctor know your supplements, especially the binder, so they can support and monitor your medication dose. Choose PecatSol or Ultra Binder. Rotate the next month or as you run out. You may need to start very slowly."
