"Take between meals w/out food. ONLY for the male partner. Dose ginseng up slowly, ginseng is known to help increase mood, energy, libido, improve fatigue, sleep, it has many great benefits, but it can feel too energizing if it's taken at the full dose right away. Start at 1 capsule once a day for a couple days, then increase to 2 caps a day for a couple days, then go up to 3 caps a day for a week then 4 caps a day. And if at any point you feel the full dose is too stimulating for you that's ok you can take it down a notch. Only under direction of supervising primary care provider."
