Hi, I’m Paula Sturm, Registered Dietitian and founder of Radically Nourished. My work blends functional nutrition with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach to support clients with complex gut, hormone, immune, inflammatory, metabolic, and stress-physiology patterns.
