I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping women feel their best through every stage of life. My practice focuses on perimenopause and menopause, hormone optimization, medical weight management, sexual wellness, thyroid health, and preventive care. I combine evidence-based medicine with a personalized, root-cause approach to create treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals, symptoms, and lifestyle. I believe great healthcare goes beyond treating lab values—it's about listening, educating, and partnering with patients to help them regain energy, improve sleep, restore confidence, and optimize long-term health.
