Suggested Use / Directions:
Before use, mix gently by inverting or swirling the bottle several times. Do not shake vigorously. Take 1 serving by mouth. Hold in mouth for 90 seconds before swallowing. Can be repeated up to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
