I wanted to share some things to support you through times of transformation and growth. These things can support your energy through integration. Whether you have had a healing session or are going through growth and transformation, it is important to tend to your body, your energy through the process. It is common that this energy can continue for a week after healing, and longer according to the size of the shifts you are making. Everybody integrates in their own way, but there are some things that can help facilitate the treatment effects. Even though I use very gentle techniques, they are powerful and we got a lot of things moving. I recommend you drink plenty of water. 91oz is the new recommendation for women.
