Suggested Use / Directions:
Children 5-9 years old: Take 1 tablespoon, 2-3 times daily. Children 10-14 years old: Take 1-2 tablespoons, 3 times daily. Adults and adolescents 15+: Take 2 tablespoons, 3 times daily.
