Additional notes

"Magnesium glycinate is highly absorbable and promotes a sense of calm mentally and physically. This form of magnesium helps regulate and calm the heart rate, reduce muscle tension, and supports healthy blood pressure. The glycine component also functions as a neurotransmitter that promotes stress relief and relaxation. This supplement is good for anyone with sleep issues and can be taken with all other products listed in this protocol."

1-2 Capsules

Additional notes

"5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin and melatonin which are two neurotransmitters that support mood, sleep, cognition and an overall sense of well-being. Chronic stress, poor nutrition, lack of sunlight and certain medications can deplete 5-HTP leading to deficiencies in serotonin and melatonin. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY TAKING AN SSRI."

1-2 Capsules

Additional notes

"This is a good overall sleep support product containing GABA, L-theanine, and 5-HTP to calm the mind and relaxing herbs to induce a state of sleepiness. Good for any type of sleep issue. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ANYONE TAKING AN SSRI."

Additional notes

"1 to 4 sprays in mouth one hour before bedtime. Melatonin is the chemical interpretation of darkness, functions as a potent antioxidant and supports the sleep cycle."
