My suggestion below comes with K2 which increases absorption. 2. Zinc. 15mg twice per day alongside Quercetin. Take with food if nausea occurs. *Increase to four times per day for acute symptoms. 3. Quercetin. 500mg twice per day. *Increase to three times per day for acute symptoms. 4. Vitamin C. 1g twice per day. ADVANCED SUPPORT: For the elderly, immunocompromised, or those with chronic conditions, may add the following to the above. 5. Liposomal Glutathione. 500mg once per day. 6. Vitamin A. 5,000 to 10,000 IU per day.
