My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence emotional well-being, including nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, hormonal health, and overall physical wellness. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, life transitions, PMDD, and mood changes related to hormonal shifts. As a bilingual provider, I offer care in both English and Spanish and strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
