Suggested Use / Directions:
Older kids and adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, take two (2) scoops daily. Kids ages 2-3, take half (½) scoop daily. Kids ages 4-8, take one (1) scoop daily. Mix into food or beverage of choice.
