    Histamine Support product 4

Hi there! Histamine issues are becoming pervasive. While it's extremely important to do the root-cause discovery work to achieve long-lasting results, there are some tools you can use to reduce your symptoms. These are some of the supplements that can be used to stabilize mast cells, improve histamine processing and elimination, and begin to improve gut terrain. Please note the vitamin C source. If you are currently taking another form of vitamin C, this is an intentional replacement, as many other forms of vitamin C are histamine triggers or liberators. Please discontinue their use. Please reach out to hello@whitneycrouchrdn.com to discuss ways we can help you explore your root-causes of histamine and related issues. Xx Whitney Crouch, RDN, CLT

A fifth product is an optional addition to the bundle that rounds out the body-wide support. Black Cumin Seed Oil (aka Nigella sativa) is a popular botanical used across many cultures as a panacea for many conditions. Combined with curcumin, synergistically these botanicals reduce inflammation, improve gut terrain and help to balance immune responses. Give yourself at least 3 months to see significant changes while you work to dial in your nutrition and lifestyle habits. Xx Whitney
