"PLEASE START SLOWLY. Start with 1/4 to 1/2 capsule with or without food. Fiber food is best. Bananas, rice, or berries. Work up to 2 per day. PLEASE START SLOWLY. A change in bowels usually means it is working. They do have a children's version, but this can be used also. Normal moving bowels should be at least 1 GOOD movement every 24 hours. The best is 30 min after each meal; gentle, not urgent, smooth, and easy, and should take about as long as it takes you to pee. Test gut mobility with corn, sesame seed, or activated charcoal; after eating, you should see results in 12 to 24 hours in a healthy gut. They do have a children's version, but this can be used also.
