Holiday Digestive Support
The cheer and joy brought on by extra gatherings and activities during the holidays is medicine for the soul. I want you to enjoy yourself while practicing smart food choices and avoiding over-indulgence. In case you need a little help with crave control, consider using Appetite-Craving Control Homeopathic Drops. You are allowed to use the drops as often as necessary. I've also included one of my favorite, broad-spectrum digestive enzymes. I recommend at least 2 capsules before the start of each meal. Throat Relief
In addition to the Immune Rescue Protocol , if you are struggling with a severe sore throat, swollen tonsils or exudates , please consider adding these additional formulas: Belladonna 9C: only use if severe throat pain or if exudates present (discontinued by FULLSCRIPT by you can find at WHOLEFOODS or AMAZON) NOTE: pellets cannot touch your hands/fingers. Dispense straight from bottle to cap, cap to mouth. No food/tooth brushing 15 min before or after use of homeopathic pellets. For general sore throats: - Throat Mist If you are not feeling better after 5 days, please contact Dr. Marcelo.
CONGESTION (NOSE/CHEST)
In addition to your Immune Rescue Protocol , please consider the following formulas if you are struggling with Congestion (sinus or chest). You may not need all of the following. Please read brief descriptions to see if one applies. Hydrastis Canadensis 30C: Post-nasal drip; Thick yellowish secretions difficult to expectorate This seems to be discontinued by FULLSCRIPT, but you may find it on Amazon or Wholefoods most likely. Dose: Twist cap to dispense pellets directly onto cap. Pour directly from cap to mouth. Dose: 5 pellets three times per day plus 1 pellet every hour in between main doses. Kali Bichromicum 30C: Chronic congestion; thick yellow/green secretions **If acute symptoms: use 15C strength (available on Amazon or Wholefoods). Kali Muriaticum 30C: Clear, white secretions NOTE: very effective treatment for long term chronic sinusitis would be staying on Hydrastis Canadensis 30C + Kali Bichromicum 30C 5 pellets each three times a day minimum.
FEVER CONTROL
FEVER CONTROL. Depending on your temperature, please choose appropriate homeopathic remedy. For fevers equal to or greater than 101, please use Belladonna 30C. If fevers are less 101, please use Ferrum Phos 6X Salt. AVOID taking NSAIDs or Tylenol for fever control. These actually suppress your immune function, promote leaky gut, disrupt your gut's natural flora, and congest your liver. Other tips for fever modulation: - For uncontrollable high fevers, make a mud paste using Bentonite clay. Apply a 1 finger depth thickness to cover your entire abdomen. Cover with 100% cotton cloth. Remove after 2 hours or sooner if fever breaks. The clay will release healing minerals and absorb toxins out of your body that were driving the fever. - Warm to cold baths. Start to soak in warm water with some epsom salt (4 cups minimum). After a few minutes, drain some warm water out. Refill with some cold water. Keep this process until in about 45 minutes, you are soaking in cold water. Chills are normal during the process, which is why gradually cooling the water helps. - In between bentonite clay wraps and/or warm to cool baths, use cool compresses (I like to use cold and wet compresses), strategically placed in groin areas, axilla, forehead and back of neck.

9 more items in Immune Rescue ProtocolThis Immune Rescue Protocol is designed to support you during ACUTE cold and flu symptoms: fever or feeling feverish/chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, and fatigue. Works well during COVID. If you have the slightest suspicion that you are coming down with a cold/flu, please FIRST take TWO VIRACID capsules every hour x 6 hours. If this does not stop your symptoms, please layer in remaining products. After initial VIRACID loading dose, please reduce to 2 capsules twice daily. If you are struggling with fever and/or mucus congestion, please see additional protocols for FEVER and COUGH/CONGESTION for additional support. As with any acute condition, please notify Dr. Marcelo if you require personalized advice. During active cold/flu symptoms, your nutrition is very important. Avoid difficult to digest foods (gluten, dairy, processed foods, and sugar). Add a few cups of organic bone broth daily. My favorite tea tea recipe when sick: 64 oz water 2 TB dried oregano 2 TB dried thyme 2" fresh ginger root (washed and semi-crushed with kitchen hammer; no need to peel) Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat. Cover and steep for at least 15 minutes. Yields ~ 8 cups, which I sip on throughout my sick days. To each cup I add 1 TB Manuka honey (or other quality honey) ---NOT THE SUGAR in the honey will not feed the bugs. Quite the opposite. Will serve to boost your immune system and aid in reducing coughs. Another tip: essential oils My favorite brand: any medicinal grade. I personally use DoTerra. - 2 drops Frankincense on my tongue (I rub this against my hard palette a few times) 2-3 times per day - Diffuse Breathe all day - Breathe Respiratory Drops: 1 drop directly on the tongue every 1-2 hours (making sure I separate this by at least 15 minutes before or after any homeopathic liquid/dissolvable tablet or pellet). For those of you who are wondering why so much is necessary, I'd like to remind you that we are living unprecedented times. Our soils, our air and our water systems have never been as polluted. Adding to the problem is the toxic food chain (GMOs, pesticides, glyphosate, and processed items), which instead of providing medicine via nutrients to our cells, is making us sicker. And let's not forget the enormous amount of stress induced in current civilization, which suppresses immune function. Each of the products below contains ingredients that together will bio-hack a faster recovery, and reduce unnecessary medications. NOTE: Please remember that most colds/flu can last anywhere from 7-10 days. If you take start this protocol and you are not feeling better in 5 days, please contact Dr. Marcelo immediately.
