I recommend taking these for at least 1 month prior to vaccinations and for the entire duration of symptoms when you have an acute infection plus 1 week after the resolution of symptoms. 1) Argentyn 23 Silver nasal spray or throat spray as needed or preferred, according to instructions on the bottle 2) Quicksilver Scientific Immune Charge (with Elderberry, Vitamins A, C, D, E,and K, according to instructions on the bottle 3) Quicksilver Immune Charge Throat Spray , (with Phospholipids, Zinc, Quercetin, Luteolin, and Propolis), may use hourly, not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding due to having Quercetin, according to instructions on the bottle 4) Pure Encapsulations NAC, N-acetyl-cysteine 1 cap twice daily 5) Quicksilver Liposomal Glutathione (plain), 3-6 pumps 1-2x/day Take caution when using these potent forms of Glutathione. Some people feel immediately better on a full dose. Others need to start at the very lowest dose possible, because a larger dose of glutathione may cause them to detox more intensely than their bodies can handle. If you feel worse on any dose of Glutathione, lower your dose...even to the point of placing 1 pump in a glass of water and sipping slowly as tolerated.

Melatonin opposes and lowers your stress hormones, addressing the root cause of your trouble falling asleep. Melatonin may also be taken a second time if you wake up in the middle of the night before 3 am. Start low (at 0.5 to 1.0 mg) and increase slowly to a max of 3.0 to 6.0 mg; if you take too much melatonin, you will lower your stress hormones too much and worsen your sleep. Take for a minimum of three weeks or as needed during travel.
