Dr. Raashida Portier DNP APRN

Hi, I’m Dr. Raashida Portier, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC. I created Ravia Health to provide the kind of care many patients never receive — care that feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely supportive. My approach combines psychiatric treatment with nutritional psychiatry, lifestyle care, lab evaluation, and evidence-based wellness support to help patients feel better mentally and physically. I believe healing begins when someone finally feels heard, understood, and cared for as a whole person.
