Tell me how can I help you get the health you want? From a very young age I had an interest in natural medicine and the healing arts. And I turned that passion into a career as a Naturopathic Doctor. Being from a Native American family we were supporters of Natural Medicine. "Good Medicine" came from the earth, the sky and the sea. And i wanted to share my love of herbs, nutrition and healing with others. In my college years I experienced debilitating and uncomfortable periods. I learned very simple, natural solutions to calm my cycle crisis. Are you a woman with troubling periods, pcos,infertility or hormone imbalance?
