    Yeast protocol- Avoid sugar in all forms, including fruit for the first two weeks. No dried fruit, juices, sweetened drinks, bread, processed food, beer, wine, and other yeast-containing foods. Focus on a whole foods, unprocessed diet. Use oregano oil (ADP), and caprylic acid only for a month to get yeast under control. Saccharomyces Boulardii is safe for longer term use. **This protocol is not for children without first consulting with Dr. Munro

    This is my gut healing protocol. Follow for 3-6 months. Immuno GG SBI (dairy free colostrum) has both a powder and capsule option. Pick the one you prefer and use the recommended dose. Powders are generally higher dose and possibly more cost effective. Please do along with food sensitivity avoidance, avoidance of NSAID medications, and antibiotics if possible.
