Cleansing parasites is often best done through a practitioner. There are complications and die-off reactions involved at times and many people find best results with individualized support and GI stool testing. I run a GI Map test that is exhaustive with only one stool sample for clients for best results. However, for a simple protocol to get started I recommend the following herbs for one to two weeks on (dependent upon tolerance) and rest for two weeks as a trial. It is critical to support the liver and detoxification pathways while killing parasites. There are a variety of ways to gently approach this and increase strength over time as someone is strong enough. Parasite elimination is best seen as something that takes many months of cycling on and off different products.
