    If joint pain and inflammation is an issue choose 1 Boswellia, 1 B12, and the Akkermansia. Try consistently for 2 months to see improvement along with daily movement. Boswellia may interact with some medications so please get permission before starting.

    The live Akkermansia product is best taken for at least 1-2 months with a polyphenol booster and fiber supplement especially if regular diet is lacking proper amounts of insoluble fiber. Do not take 'Gut Fuel' if gluten free, instead substitute the 'Prebeet' packets. My recommendation: combine 3 products (1 Akkermansia, 1 Fiber, and 1 polyphenol) for 2 months then add a bottle of Akkermansia again every 3-6 months as needed. If blood sugar or weight is an issue use 'Pendulum Glucose Control' for best results.
