How To Make A Personalized Blend

This kit has 3 flower remedies. They can be taken individually, combined together or with other Bach® remedies. (Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.)

1.Open your remedies.

2.Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach® 30mL mixing bottle sold separately).

3.Add 2 drops of each remedy.

4. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.

 

Suggested Use:
Take 2 drops of a single remedy in mouth or in water, sip at intervals. Repeat as needed.
