It’s a unique blend of organic herbs traditionally used to help provide “down there” comfort for anyone who needs it, including during pregnancy and postpartum. Each box contains six individual easy-to-use sachets to brew and cool, then use as a sitz bath anytime your basement level needs a little TLC.

Suggested Use:

Steep for approx. 5 min., and let cool. Use steeped liquid as a sitz bath. Or, very gently drain extra liquid from pad, leaving it moist but not soaking (Be gentle, as the herbal pads are fragile and can burst). Cool in the fridge and gently apply moist pad directly to perineum.

Helps soothe prenatal and postpartum nether regions. Lay herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water.
