Suggested Use: Place each VS-01™  vaginal tablet securely into an applicator immediately prior to use. Insert into your vagina, and push the inner tube towards you to release (just like a tampon).

Your VS-01™ 2 Month Starter Kit is designed to maximize efficacy with minimal impact on your day-to-day. You’ll begin with an intensive first month, Reset, to seed an optimal vaginal microbiome and then continue your second month with Sustain—the simple, two-tablet monthly protocol designed to maintain a stable vaginal microbiome and maintain regulated pH. Use a calendar to set your personal schedule. If you miss a day, simply resume as soon as possible.
