Each bottle of the Lidtke supplements has been carefully crafted and packed that includes a clear piece of cellophane as the bottle filler, so that capsules do not shake around and break.  After numerous customers complained about cotton, this was the best solution.

Suggested Use: 
(Adults): Take two (2) capsules or as directed by health professional. Best if taken before bedtime. For Children, consult a health professional.
