Support Minerals

Support Minerals contains essential and trace minerals in their most biologically effective forms. It also contains additional ingredients such as betaine HCl, which provides the acidic environment needed for optimal absorption through the digestive system and glutamic acid to assist transport into cells.

Support Minerals also contains the B vitamins, folic acid and biotin. Folic acid is another vital co-factor for the conversion of food into energy. It is also critical for optimal function of the brain and nervous system. Biotin also plays a crucial role in energy production—it may also play a role in maintaining healthy blood glucose levels and help strengthen hair, skin and nails. Support Minerals also contains Vitamins A and D to help maintain bone strength, bone mineralization and calcium absorption.
