What is bone marrow? A spongy tissue found in the center of bones.  Its stem cells produce red and white blood cells. These specialized cells move oxygen throughout your bloodstream and reduce the chance of blood clotting. Bone marrow contains Collagen and a special omega-9 fat that could reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. Small to moderate amounts of B vitamins.
