Female Hairloss Package
This package checks selected blood, nutrient, thyroid, and hormone markers for women concerned about hair thinning or shedding. It includes a complete blood count; iron, total iron binding capacity, and ferritin to assess iron availability and stores; and TSH, free T4, and free T3 to evaluate thyroid function. Vitamin B12 and vitamin D testing check for potential deficiencies. Testosterone, DHEA-S, and estradiol provide information about hormone levels that must be interpreted in the context of your age, symptoms, menstrual cycle, and medication use. This panel does not diagnose female-pattern hair loss or identify every cause of shedding. An abnormal result does not necessarily explain your hair loss, and normal results do not rule out a hair or scalp condition.
