Anxiety & Fatigue Package
This package explores several possible contributors to low energy and persistent fatigue. It includes a complete blood count to check for anemia and other blood cell changes; a comprehensive metabolic panel to assess blood sugar, electrolytes, and kidney and liver markers; and iron, total iron-binding capacity, and ferritin to evaluate iron availability and stores. TSH, free T4, and free T3 assess thyroid function, while vitamin B12, folate, and vitamin D testing look for potential nutrient deficiencies. Cortisol measures a hormone involved in your stress response, but a single result does not measure everyday stress or diagnose “adrenal fatigue.” Collection timing is important, so follow your provider’s instructions. Fatigue has many causes, including sleep problems, medications, and conditions these tests cannot detect.
