She is passionate about translating complex lab results and health information into practical, sustainable action plans that empower her clients to take control of their health. Susana’s passion for women’s health grew from her own personal journey with chronic health challenges, including endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, fibromyalgia, and surgical menopause. Having experienced firsthand the frustration of searching for answers, she understands the physical and emotional impact that hormonal changes can have on every aspect of a woman’s life. Today, Susana partners with women to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create realistic, individualized plans centered on nutrition, movement, stress resilience, sleep, targeted supplementation, and collaboration with healthcare providers when appropriate. Her mission is to help women not simply survive midlife—but thrive with confidence, vitality, and hope. While targeted supplementation can be a powerful tool, Susana believes supplements are just one piece of the puzzle. Lasting wellness comes from addressing the whole person through nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, mindset, and identifying the root causes behind symptoms. Her goal is to empower women with the knowledge, support, and practical strategies they need to achieve lifelong health and vitality.
