Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH)

In females, Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a hormone produced by the granulosa cells of ovarian follicles. It serves as a marker of ovarian reserve, reflecting the remaining quantity of eggs in the ovaries. In males, AMH is produced by the Sertoli cells of the testes and plays an important role during fetal development by causing regression of the Müllerian ducts, which would otherwise develop into female reproductive structures.

Dr. Ev Juniper DAcCHM, LAc

Dr. Evren "Ev" Juniper, DAcCHM, LAc is a Doctor of East Asian Medicine and licensed acupuncturist practicing at ECHO Acupuncture in Gladstone, Oregon. Her clinical work integrates classical East Asian Medicine, clinical herbal prescribing, western botanicals, and evidence-informed nutraceutical support to address a wide range of health, hormonal, digestive, nervous system, and musculoskeletal concerns. She approaches care as a whole-body clinical system — looking upstream from symptoms to understand what's driving them, and supporting the body's own capacity to heal through precise, individualized intervention. Supplement and nutraceutical recommendations at ECHO are made as part of a broader clinical picture, not as standalone protocols.
