Collect your urine sample before your blood draw. Bring your urine sample with you to your blood draw. The blood and urine samples MUST be shipped together.

  • DO NOT drink excessive water before your urine collection.

Blood Collection
  • Blood sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Friday only.
  • Please hydrate before your blood draw.
  • Fasting for 12 hours before your blood draw is required.
    • Fasting before a blood draw means you don't eat or drink anything except water.
    • Your doctor should provide any special instructions related to fasting for your test. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
